Hey Guys, So far I have
External Laptop Speakers, Tascam US-122MK2, XRL cable, Headphone, pop filter, microphone stand and I have cubase Le 5 that came with the Tascam.. I also have adobe audition 3... I am new to the entire setup...I'm just interested in recording vocals, like karaoke etc.. What else do I need.. Do I need a mixer or I am completely set up?
You got everything you need. The tascam has phantom power so that will power the mic. Just plug the mic into the tascam and plug the tascam into the computer.
I'm assuming you have a program already to record on your computer like Audacity. That's it.
