IPod Touch 32 GB 3rd Generation Is A Portable Media Player Designed And Marketed By Apple
Apple has recently launch its new generation of iPod Touch (3rd generation). Although it does come with a couple of new features, the major features of the 2nd generation iPod Touch remain unchanged. Here is a quick look at this new model to help you decide if it is worth the upgrade.
The iPod Touch 32GB 3rd Generation is the latest incarnation of the iPod Touch also known as iTouch. In addition to the touch feature, which allows a person to forgo pushing buttons and instead simply use the digital buttons that appear on the interface, the iPod Touch is a part of the iTunes network. This allows users to download songs, movies, TV shows, games and other applications through iTunes and sync the iPod Touch with it. Likewise, by using a Wi-Fi network, these items can be downloaded straight to the iPod Touch and then be synced with iTunes.
The major improvements can be witnessed in the features of the 3rd generation iPod Touch. Improvements have been made to the Genius play-list feature. Now the Genius feature is even more powerful. A Genius Mixes feature has been added to help you select a mix of songs in a play-list according to genre. All you do is sync iPod touch to iTunes, and Genius automatically searches your library to find songs that sound great together. Then it creates multiple mixes you'll love. These mixes are like channels programmed entirely with your music.
Voice Control on the new 32 GB iPod touch gives you the ability to control music playback with spoken commands. You say it. iPod touch plays it. And shuffles it, pauses it, or names it. Besides basic controls like 'next song' and play, you can also call out song names and the name of the artists that you wish to listen to. Voice Control knows the music in your iPod touch. Want to hear something specific? All you have to do is ask. For instance, say "Play artist Bob Dylan," and iPod touch does just that. Ask what song is playing and hear iPod touch answer. Tell it to play your favorite album, artist, or playlist.
The 32GB iPod touch versions come with an additional accessory, the free handy microphone. Particularly useful for the voice control feature. Also comes along with it, a remote and earbuds. So you can reap the benefits (and the fun) of Voice Control even when your 32 GB iPod touch is tucked in your pocket or bag. To activate Voice Control using the headphones, just press and hold the center area of the remote that is built in to the cord of the headphones.
Voice Control features support for the following languages: Chinese (Cantonese), Chinese (China), Chinese (Taiwan), Dutch, English (UK), English (US), Finnish, French (Canada), French (France), German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Portuguese (Portugal), Russian, Spanish (Mexico), Spanish (Spain), Swedish
