Suitable Racks For Everything
A total of eight years has gone into the development of this product of a new type of racking system that has been created to be both more efficient and durable. Why does my kickboxing feel so awkward when I practice my moves in the air ?
I have a TKO punching bag that hangs from a rack. I enjoy working with it, but when I practice some moves in the air, or infront of my mirror.
It doesn't flow as smoothly !
( and I feel unorthodox )
Can you explain the reason for this ?
simple. it seems hard because you have no target, which is why shadow boxing and stuff is great for asserting technique into actual contact
