Check your ISPs documentation about the web space they offer and it should have some kind of detaisl about using your own domain.
However i would suggest using a "proper" web host, as with many you can get a very reasonable deal, for as little as £2/month you have a good amount of space and features, and a much better control panel interface to use with your website account.
It also means you have a dedicated support team to help and guide you with your site and hosting - your ISP will most defiantly not provide this level of support.
