im using a epson stylus photo rx520 ,when i try to scan it says theres a twin error ive tryed reloading the --
i ve tryed reloading the disc .the scaner used to work.please can any one help.
TWAIN is the driver for the scanner. If you are getting the TWAIN error, it means that the driver is corrupted.
Follow the steps to fix the problem:
1) Uninstall your Epson Stylus photo rx520
2) Right-click Start and then click Explore to open Windows Explorer.
3) In the left pane, click the Windows or WinNT folder (depending on the version of Windows) to open it.
4) In the Windows folder, locate and click the TWAIN_32 folder to open it.
5) Right click on TWAIN_32 and click on RENAME and rename the folder as TWAIN_32OLD
6) Insert your Epson disc and reinstall the driver again.
Now try scanning, it should work
